The current warranty on a normal battery is 12 months. If the battery malfunctions during that period, the battery should be replaced for free.

We are now looking at bringing in a 24 month warranty battery at a slightly higher price. So we were just wondering whether people will pay a bit more for the extra one year warranty.

my last one kaput few days before my warranty date....

they argue dont want to honor it...n lastly they only replaced 60% of it as stated in the warranty card...

yours...is it full flat one or two years will replace for free or have stages as well?
