then where else? Desaru? 20yrs of project over there.. no place to stay...

something simple..fast ...reasonable price kind of transport between here and Singapore will boom this area..like monorail station to station

below middle class can't afford the condo here even though work in Singapore
middle class can afford but who want to fuss of travelling take so much time and mess. rather rent in Singapore
high class..may buy and leave it for weekend house. dun even stay often. and won't want to rent out

so where you going to find people to come here....

another way is develop the city itself where local people choose to work in there instead of let say kl or Penang

Uem cancel plan for asia trade mall says something... no.matter how they give silly explanation....that is their PR script
If you visit mall of.medini now... u will see how the shops and restaurant there dying..

I do not.know.what happen in future.. but at the current rate. At least for me i am.not.buying any bullshit statement from govt, developer or etc....on.how many investment is done bla bla

This the latest update, owner won the case, developer make some compensation.

But may i know what is the status now? Owner could obtain the individual strata title now from developer?

Am thinking of investing into the ecoworld high rise near by eco gallaria.

Seeking your thoughts on property in this area? I thought maybe can try target edu city tenants or local tenants in the shoplots/offices at eco botanic commercial areas

Brother, read this thread very carefully and see if anyone made money from investing here. Best option, buy an auction unit for less than half the ori price and you have even chances of making money. DON'T BUY DIRECT FROM DEVELOPER.
