What i do.. lebih kurang also

Fry marinated chopped chicken breast, set aside. Fry chop garlic and finely chopped anchovies till brown + olive oil. Add in fettucini. Mix up with english parsley and the chicken. some fine salt. Lastly some chilli flakes.

I stopped using the sauce aka bolegnese because 1 jar after opened need to finish in 3 days, means kena makan benda sama 3 times in row. Itulah hidup orang bujang. wink.gif

So now I just make aglio, can just do it on the spot with no leftovers.

Well, that's the basic version I make. Kalau nak fancy sikit:
After adding the dry chili, I will add in some prawns (fast and convenient compared to chicken), so not just plain pasta.

Then I will add a teaspoon of chicken stock to the final pasta mix for a bit more taste (blasphemy cos using instant product. tongue.gif) before adding it to the pasta.

sama jugak kalau jumpa budak minta derma. macam mana ko tak suka jangan sesekali kutuk atau maki budak tu. tak suka just cakap "tak apa" ataupun terima kasih. dibimbangi ujian berupa kesusahan atau kemiskinan yg serupa dtg pada kita.

kalau ko tak nak makan sos kimball tu ko derma atau beri pada pakcik tepi2 jalan tu soh pakcik tu doa baik2 kan kau.

Buying the pasta pack and the sauce jar costed me less than RM10. For the meal itself, it's probably only near RM2 including gas and seasonings.

nk buat bolonese sng jer... tak perlu dlm tin bagai... semua rase tak ori...

bli jer tomato paste, lada hitam, daun italian herbs, satu lagi daun (aku xingat laugh.gif ) klu nk sdap lagi tambah daging kisar

Mak aku selalu buat.. aku tgk simple jer.. tp tiptop...
