+1 depends on wanna invest or for own stay. for investment wise i think laman view double storey landed is a good choice, personally feel like buy one unit over here also for investment purpose, but gonna settle my symphony hills house loan first.

SR = sejati? haha have to wait 3 years for new phrase smile.gif and first phrase not much choices available, and SH landscape is better security seem more strict 3 layer security compare with sejati. So for own stay not for investment then i will go for SH, but if investment wise i think not much people willing invest in SH as their maintenance fees + club house is almost double up compare with others project lolz. and the price for per sq ft in fact is much expensive also. My SH units 3132sq ft 1.63 mil i can buy Sejati in bigger size 3815 sq ft around 1.5 mil only depends on direction and house no.

Hi.. As investment.. Which you think is more worthy or better off:
1) Laman view cyberjaya landed 22x70 with 560k
2) parkhill bukit Jalil condo 1100sq ft with RM619k aft rebates

Please advise.

Landed CBJ, Demand higher
Highrise BJ, Supply higher

Bukit Jalil location better than CBJ

Cbj only can sell aft 6 yrs means end of 2020

So if u were I.. Which one u will invest?

Entry fee for cbj higher.
