30/4/15 - Terima SMS dari developer
2/5/15 - Pergi pilih unit (Blok11) + bayar deposit, sampai pukul7pg dapat no.2

, bayar rm2k.
5/5/15 - Start apply loan kat Maybank, Hong Leong, Public Bank & RHB
11/5/15 - Maybank reply, loan sdg process
12/5/15 - Terima surat LPHS
14/5/15 - Loan Maybank approved, BLR 4.65%
16/5/15 - Sign S&P document, lawyer Sheng Lee Law Firm (Cik Rafidah) & bayar balance 10% downpayment. Developer cop surat LPHS.
18/5/15 - Sign Loan Offer Letter
19/5/15 - Hantar keratan surat LPHS ke ofis LPHS
30/5/15 - Sign Loan agreement, bayar legal fee & stamping untuk S&P & loan agreement
17/6/15 - Terima progress billing dari developer untuk jelaskan 10% downpayment. dah call developer, suruh abaikan sbb dah bayar.
19/6/15 - Terima original S&P with stamping date 25/5/2015, tapi letterhead surat tarikh 4/6/2015. Kena chase baru nak hantar balik.
1/7/15 - Terima surat dari lawyer, LA dah stamping dan dah forward ke Maybank.
9/7/15 - Terima surat dari developer, progress payment tuk 65% completion.
Btw, lawyer kena chase hari2 baru cpat buat keje.

kalau loan lambat approve, inform developer. nnt lawyer akan call, inform lawyer minta masa. nnt lawyer akan nego ngan developer.
loan maybank paling sng, sbb dia siap2 check info finance kita dengan bank negara. so, kalo xde outstanding, In sha Allah bole approve.
