Loan i pun dah approve.. S& P dah sign pun..

Tapi hari tu apply kat MBB cheras selatan, ada staff maybank bukak booth kat sales off..

Tapi my form pass kat MBB kepong.. fast approval 4-5 days..

Branch Manager, Mr Chuk.. mmg baik good & fast service.. dtg jumpa i & my hubby sendiri utk sign LO

Saya Blok 7, Lawyer Norendra & Yap..I dah dapat stamping S & P. Dah submit kat EPF pun. Kalau boleh kita sendiri kena call lawyer and ask our panel lawyer and kita follow up gan lawyer. Kalau tak mesti lambat.

Legal fee to depend on lawyer, dia akan issue tax invoice. Nilai exact sy punye, RM4574.93 (untuk S&P dan loan agreement)

Kalau saya lawyer norendra & yap. fee's S&P pakai duit sendiri dulu.. thn after dpt EPF baru bayar fees utk loan document. total fees 4983.00. I punya semua settle dah sign loan doc jugak.. so tunggu dpt kunci je.

Hi.. I tanya kat lawyer about MoT.. yang tu will take time mayb abt 10 years depends on Developer..
According to lawyer SHL normally cepat dapat transfer..

I heard that new KPKT rules that developer must change the strata title before/during the handover of VP.

Hi Alif.. untuk apply EPF withdrawal kena ada S&P yang dah complete stamping.. baru dia EPF accept..


FYI.. I bayar 10% d/pymt kat developer once I dapat EPF je..

I punya Norendra & Yap

For my side everything complete..tunggu dapat kunci je..

Hi Alif.. begini cerita nya..:-

Lepas sign letter of offer..approach lawyer utk prepare S & P..but S & P pakai duit pocket kita dulu, then lepas sign
S &P dan dpt kan copy yg stamping utk epf withdrawal..meantime dpt duit epf , lawyer akan prepare loan docs..
I bayar duit loan document after dpt epf abt RM3200..EPF process cepat je..3-4 working days.
My total lawyer fees abt 4800++ ..Anyway u blok mana? I Blok 7
