30/5/15 - Sign Loan agreement, bayar legal fee & stamping untuk S&P & loan agreement
17/6/15 - Terima progress billing dari developer untuk jelaskan 10% downpayment. dah call developer, suruh abaikan sbb dah bayar.

Sekarang tengah tggu lawyer hantar balik original S&P & loan agreement yang dah siap stamping.

Btw, lawyer kena chase hari2 baru cpat buat keje.
kalau loan lambat approve, inform developer. nnt lawyer akan call, inform lawyer minta masa. nnt lawyer akan nego ngan developer.

loan maybank paling sng, sbb dia siap2 check info finance kita dengan bank negara. so, kalo xde outstanding, In sha Allah bole approve.

Assalamualaikum...sory la br bkak acct...ntah ape2 ntah terslh tekan ats ni...mahap la yer... tongue.gif ..sy nak tny yg pasal loan agreement tu kna byar dekat siapa ea...??sbb sy dah sign loan offer letter br2 ni, esok br pegi sign SNP...tp yg loan agreement tu mmg kna cas ea and kna byr dekat siapa....bank ke..??..sbb first home...so xtw apa pon..jst follow the flow je ni...

Sy pun 1st home. Sbb org yg ade rumah xleh dpt rumah selangorku.

Lawyer sy kata plg awal taun depan. Mgkin time nak serah kunci.

sy nk cita ni...aritu public bank sy dah reject sbb dia approve xsmpai 90% pon..kna topup almost 10k..then tggu maybnk n cimb..lps 2mgu cimb ja da dpt result lulus katenye tp intrst rate 4.85 tuh..monthly 86+.++...MAYBNK tergantung xtau apa cita...da follow up pon lmbt sgt2 smpai la ni dah sbulan lbh..so amik kptsn sign ja LO gn cimb... lepas 23 ari sign LO, sy pergi sign SNP plak then dapat call dr CIMB katenye LO saya sign tu xvalid sbb address salah tulis so dia suruh sign again new LO..so sy suruh dia masukkan skli loan agreement fee kt dlm loan...citanya apply semula la loan dgn CIMB..dlm masa yg sama sy follow up lg dgn maybnk..rupanyadkt mybnk sy pny dorg xproceed pon..aduyaiii...so jwbnye tggu la lg....tapi risau sbnrnya sbb SNP da sign..hohoo...

so misal kata MAYBANK approved loan sy tu..boleh ke sy nak sign LO dgn MAYBNK je ea...sebab intrest rate rendah skit... sbb LO yg sy dh sign mula2 tu dekat CIMB xvalid n skng org CIMB da call cakap LO baru dah siap dh include loan agreement fee suruh p sign..huuuuu....awat la CIMB bt cepat sangat oiii...nak tggu maybnk please...~ cry.gif
