sy nk cita ni...aritu public bank sy dah reject sbb dia approve xsmpai 90% pon..kna topup almost 10k..then tggu maybnk n cimb..lps 2mgu cimb ja da dpt result lulus katenye tp intrst rate 4.85 tuh..monthly 86+.++...MAYBNK tergantung xtau apa cita...da follow up pon lmbt sgt2 smpai la ni dah sbulan lbh..so amik kptsn sign ja LO gn cimb... lepas 23 ari sign LO, sy pergi sign SNP plak then dapat call dr CIMB katenye LO saya sign tu xvalid sbb address salah tulis so dia suruh sign again new LO..so sy suruh dia masukkan skli loan agreement fee kt dlm loan...citanya apply semula la loan dgn CIMB..dlm masa yg sama sy follow up lg dgn maybnk..rupanyadkt mybnk sy pny dorg xproceed pon..aduyaiii...so jwbnye tggu la lg....tapi risau sbnrnya sbb SNP da sign..hohoo...

so misal kata MAYBANK approved loan sy tu..boleh ke sy nak sign LO dgn MAYBNK je ea...sebab intrest rate rendah skit... sbb LO yg sy dh sign mula2 tu dekat CIMB xvalid n skng org CIMB da call cakap LO baru dah siap dh include loan agreement fee suruh p sign..huuuuu....awat la CIMB bt cepat sangat oiii...nak tggu maybnk please...~ cry.gif

Just found out about this property the other day. I'm just wondering about connectivity within the area...heard that it's super jam in the morning getting out to Guthrie. Is this true? :/

Also, is the proposed DASH highway nearby? Or should we stop hoping for DASH anytime soon haha.

According to lawyer SHL normally cepat dapat transfer..

Everyway also jam during peak hour. From this area only super jam at T junction traffic light to go to Sg Buloh - Shah Alam.

Dont hope for DASH, now KIDEX also have problem to get approval by state gov.

We need to worry. If anything happen to the land / developer without the MoT, we might lose the land title. Thus, we cannot transfer or refinance our property and maybe no right to stay in that land. Just my findings through internet, dont know its right or wrong.

I heard that new KPKT rules that developer must change the strata title before/during the handover of VP.

Already check with developer, they say they will inform me when the documents ready but no confirmed date yet.

So, already ask lawyer to push developer to prepare the document immediately for few times, still no new update from the lawyer. Since our lawyers are developer panel, maybe that is why they are not helping much. sad.gif

if no MoT after VP, hope nothing goes wrong to the developer. smile.gif

if got new buyer here, please help ask the lawyer about the MoT. Thank you.

Hai.. nak tanya, lepas sign LO , S&P, kena ada sign apa2 lgi ke? mcm abg sy ckp kena ada sign perjanjian yang tebal pulak. dia pun x pasti apa namanya dokumen tu lawyer snyap je ni. dan baru2 ni akaun kena deduct 200+. itu untuk apa pula ye?
