just look at ifixit https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/Retina+Macb...+Teardown/39841look like this macbook using toshiba SLC try search what difference between MLC vs SLC and got this The main characteristic of MLC flash is its low price, but it suffers from higher wear rates and lower write performance compared with single-level cell (SLC) technology. SLC is faster and much more reliable -- but also more expensive -- and is featured in the best-performing storage arrays.

Visited Epicentre and a guy told me retail availability may be end of May. So Apple's online delivery time line of 4-6 weeks seems accurate.

just stumbled on this KS item. shud prove to be a good buy if used on a desk often. might not be useful for traveling perhaps. QUOTE HydraDock is named after the multi-headed mythological serpent, and expands the single USB-C port on the MacBook into an array of eleven useful ports, including:
1 — 3.5mm stereo headphone port 1 — Gigabit Ethernet port 1 — SDXC card slot 1 — Mini DisplayPort (up to 2,560 x 1,440 resolution, w/HDCP) 1 — HDMI (up to 1,920 x 1,080 resolution, w/HDCP) 4 — USB 3.0 ports 2 — USB-C ports (data only, no video) LinkThis post has been edited by harmeet15: Apr 18 2015, 04:49 PM

If you will be using most of the ports, I suggest you better off getting a MacBook Pro.
