Generally MBB2 AMEX as it's not restricted to Petrol and Groceries only.

The cons is that it's AMEX and not many merchants accept AEMX.

Sure is the dual card, with AMEX you can do majority of the transactions like groceries, utilities.
Petrol and dining are selective, some accepting, some not. But 96% of my transactions are done with AMEX
