QUOTE(moon* @ Jan 31 2007, 05:32 PM) 400+ for all 4 wheels? is tat suppose to be the 4 lugs or 5 lugs? It's for 5 lugs all round. Meaning if you only have 4 lugs, keep the spare for your own collection. QUOTE(Jackie Leong @ Jan 31 2007, 05:36 PM) wah seh.. Those OEM factory fitted HID only come in one colour to be honest. 4300K and it's D2R/S bulb size. And most of them are manufactured by Philips. For these bulb size socket, it's either 4300k or 6000k. 4300k is yellowish white while the 6000k is yellowish purple. These OEM colour temperature is different from aftermarket HID. Same goes to PIAA, their 6300k is slightly yellowish purple and it retail at RM3k+.

QUOTE(Beach_Boy(R) @ Jan 31 2007, 07:12 PM) 6000k is yellowish purple? o.O IIRC its yellowish white, no? 8000k only will show abit of purplish nope. OEM 6000k is yellowish white + purple. Aftermarket HID at 8000k like mine is bluish white. 10000k and above only purplish white. 6000k is white + a bit yellowish. This post has been edited by Gouki: Jan 31 2007, 07:23 PM

let's just say, aftermarket brands tend to be not so accurate when it comes to following colour temperatures EPS 6000K is white bringing yellow, 8000K is white bringing blue
