QUOTE(waisang @ Sep 1 2015, 08:52 AM) I moved out from U to other Telco, U has very limited towers for the coverage even in Klang Valley, what i need is reliable telco not just only price. You gotta be kidding. Please elaborate what do you mean by "limited towers". So far I don't have any problem with Umobile even my mother's house is in Kampung area in Selangor. Heck, even when I'm at Malaysia-Thailand border also nave no problem with Umobile coverage.

Unless UM has roaming agreement with Maxis to provide out of UM coverage area, having said so, if those area are not under Roaming coverage and it will be provided by UM tower, i have been discussed with UM, they are still facing difficulty to develop more towers to enhance the coverage.

Any area there is Maxis, UM can & will roam on its 2G for voice , & for 3G if UM does not have a tower there, UM can roam on Maxis 3G for Data I can even roam on Maxis 4G using my UM in Senawang, NS because Maxis there run on 2600MHz

Getting Started

How's the indoor signal for everyone? I'm in Taman Megah, PJ area. I just switched to U28 today and I'm only getting 1 or 2 bars indoors compared to my old Maxis with almost full bars. The slow 3G connection can't even load Whatsapp Starting to regret making the switch.

QUOTE(waisang @ Sep 1 2015, 02:17 PM) So Sorry to hear, switch back, haha Can switch back without hassle? haha Otherwise I'll just test for a while before considering other telco's offers. update!Just received an SMS from UM saying RM28 has been successfully credited into my account. Now my 3G speed is much much faster! Signal is still weak though. This post has been edited by purplefellow: Sep 1 2015, 02:41 PM

QUOTE(JayChouYEE @ Sep 1 2015, 03:03 PM) Yup I've checked before applying. The area is covered but I guess the signals just aren't very strong indoors? I'm still in office though so I haven't fully test outdoor signals yet.
