Apa issue nya? Btw its frustrating lah make we as user wait sedangkan dah bayar kat telco baru but current telco still hold lagi. Grrrrr.

Thats why new telco said within 24h can receive the msj but still not recieve yet, just call hotlink cs just now said im not buat sebarang request to chg to new telco but same number. Wtf. Pening.

Jackson one is difference in price for the same plan. port out customers get better offer than those stay loyal. bangwall.gif

My port to U Mobile was done in about 24 hours time. Submitted around 7pm Thursday. Immediately received sms acknowledgement from them. Next day around 5pm received sms from Celcom saying that my port out was in progress. Around 6pm U Mobile smsed me telling me Celcom accepted my port out and told to switch sim card once my Celcom was out of service. At around 7pm the line went dead and I was able to use my U Mobile line.

Is Umobile any good ? I am planning to apply the microcredit and get a I6s. I just don't want to dig up my savings and chuck on the phone. Don't mind paying the instalment with interest. Comes to ~ Rm240 ish a month, plus the phone. Using maxis for now for years, just want to get to the cheaper monthly commitment. Any constructive advise?

Better use credit card. Their deal for iPhone is one of the best if not the best.

Guys, last month I ported out U Mobile to Celcom. Now today U Mobile email me my bill is balance total amount due -35.42(MYR)

Can I request a cheque of the negative balance from U Mobile give back to me? whistling.gif
