Do this Power Plan mean, after I buy Sim(RM8.5) then i top up RM10 only ONCE

then every month I DONT need topup and will get 1GB/month.
*
the 1GB quota doesnt mean it will extend your prepaid validity.

in the end, you STILL need to reload to extend the validity.

the 1GB is jsut a bonus. if you dont keep your prepaid alive (active), 1GB is useless.

so, in short, like what LostAndFound mentioned above, still need at least RM30 to keep your prepaid ACTIVE + 1GB free.

What is the Minimum requirement to maintain "ACTIVE" status?
** after top-up first RM10 **
*
same as prepaid reload active period lor.

Active period depends on the top up amount. Eg. RM1 = 1 day or RM30 = 30 days.

3. this never to be confirmed because dealers like me 100% confirm that prepaid credit BURNED during convert of plan, they do ask us whether customer agree or not if the prepaid credit more than 20
*
can check with official U Mobile rep to confirm this credit transfer policy?

umobile is getting worse by the day. first they decide to increase the price by forcing us to absorb the 6% gst. and the signal nowadays is horrible. constantly disconnects by its own. and when u reconnect, there is no connection even when the bars are full. what's the point of giving extra 2 gb quota when the service gets worse by the day. and im speaking about PJ, in the middle of the city. umobile better get their act together quick.
*
wow, which telco absorb gst for us? i want to subscribe.

don't u know umobile absorbed the 6% service tax before gst was implemented? it's a replacement tax, not an add-on tax.
*
like i said, which telco absorb gst now?

Onexox absorbs gst

Purchase rm10.60 get rm10 + 60 sen refunded few days later
*
good work for onexox thumbup.gif

point being, every telco sucks. be it pricing, features, coverage, congestion, customer service, advertisement, etc.

every eligible businesses are compelled to adhere the gst act. cannot run. since almost all telcos are charging gst on their plans, then we stop using their service? i guess not.

gst is not the reason the telco sucks. we all know who to blame for this yawn.gif

Yea.. I felt cheated by their coverage map.. It shows that my area have covered with H+ and EDGE network fully.. But what I get indoor is merely weak signal..
2G also tak boleh pakai.. Make call send sms also will failed..

Tested UMobile, data speed superb.. With 4G LTE..  rclxms.gif

coverage and signal strength is 2 different thing.
