Nope
At gross DY of 6.41%, an investor have plenty of choice as 12 out of existing 16 Reits offer higher DY than Al-Salam

I think he is referring to IGB or KLCC Stapled? Just so on IGB, it went up 11% on the first trading day. Needless to say, due to their strong portfolio assets, it's prices at that time may be justifiable.

Not too sure of this one, I am considering to ballot for this IPO but I am also quite skeptical at the same time on its assets that it is holding. The only REIT that is strong that I know at the moment of is YTLREIT. High dividend yield too. thumbup.gif

Just my RM0.005. icon_rolleyes.gif
