dual key this kind of things... better invest closer to KL or invest near bangsar south.... invest in OKR... how many ppl here wanna stay in dual key and working nearby OKR.... 700-800psf for OKR... better buy bangsar south or sg besi area liao....

I'm thinking is it possible we can that we can somehow contact the contractor during the electrical wiring phase.

Might need to add few more power outlets or LAN wiring around the house, of course at our own costs.

Hi, as far i know, during construction by developer, NO additional request can be added !?

As for LAN wiring; may be one can skip it all together ! Later with Huiwei 5G (Hopefully Soon), one need NO wire connection at ALL ?!

you cant change any power points prior to vp….

it will defy the spa and will not get ccc.

some developer does give option to buyers to add additional power points BUT usually its done in early stage and developer will get approval from authority.
