Mind I share my view Why walk to MV? Unless really just window shopping without buying anything... even so I don’t want to walk under hot sun and dangerous Secondly, got bus shuttle to send to mid valley leh. Of course la, some might argue got schedule la this and that. Thirdly, I think people who stay here (I mean ppl who able to buy here, hardly wanna walk to MV with the pathway. I don’t think you’ll have difficulty exiting this project as this is prime area. But the fact that it does not have adequate boosters (just that measly KTM which frankly I hate to use), makes buying a property at RM1000psf less attractive to me as an investor.
