Update: Type D & Type E has sold out

The path to mrt station seems very dodgy to me...would you/your tenant take the path to mrt?

It's will build a pedestrian bridge at level 3, across the road connect to their phase 2 site which is beside Cheras Sentral Mall. May I know which part it seem very dodgy to you?

That's when Phase 2 is done, which is 3-4 years after the completion of this. Well, most of it...have you tried walking to the station?

Before the pedestrian bridge that connect to it's phase 2, developer will build another pedestrian bridge across the road which will be ready around when phase 1 is complete.

Time frame description

00:00 ~ 00:47 = Pedestrian bridge will be ready for phase 1 (before phase 2) across the road

00:55 ~ 02:28 = passing by land belong to phase to, which will be close when launch

02:29 ~ 03:26 = heading to Cheras Sentral mall - Level 1. Bridge link to MRT station is under construction, which the security guide telling will be ready next month

03:48 ~ 05:02 = The bridge in Cheras Sentral mall - Level 1 link to MRT station

03:27 ~ 06:38 = Go to Cheras Sentral mall - Level LG and exit from mall and go to MRT station.

06:38 = Go straight that direction is counter and gate to enter Taman Connaught MRT

06:40 ~ 7:07 = The bridge in Cheras Sentral mall - Level 1 link to MRT station

00:00 ~ 00:06 = Pedestrian bridge will be ready for phase 1 (before phase 2) across the road

00:07 ~ 05:18 = heading to Taman Connaught MRT Station

erm got 2 route option walking to the MRT station?

route 1 is for reference to imagine, which when phase 2 is done, the 100 feet pedestrian bridge will connect to it. The way pass through in route 1 is phase 2 site ( time frame 00:55 ~ 02:28 in route 1 video ). The road will be close when phase 2 start construction. Or if phase 1 complete while phase 2 not yet start construction, then this route will be available exactly.

route 2 is the route for phase 1 to use while phase 2 is under construction. Another normal pedestrian bridge will build across the road.

If phase 1 completed while phase 2 not yet launch, or both phase 1 and phase 2 completed, in this case you have 2 routes as options.

Of course, you can go through majestic maxim and it's pedestrian bridge or others way which need to cross the road if you wish. Just share this 2 routes which I found the most easy for Annex.

anyone know the land size for Annex? from maxim residence i look down it seems something lesser than 1 acre

Route 2 relatively has minimum exposure to sun/rain. The initial pedestrian walkway way beside the road, is a bit narrow.

If only there's similar walking clips(by others) to nearest MRT/LRT stations for all other new launching projects. This way, audiences have a better visibility to verify/judge those projects that claim to be "walking distance" to nearest MRT/LRT stns...

The land area of the Annex approx. 16,000 sq. ft.
