The one build on the food court and econsave is Majestic Maxim. Annex is beside Maxim residences. You can see a row of shoplot, Annex will build on top of the shoplot.

Yes. So Annex progress is already done foundation work. SPA period is 3 years, but developer estimate it can be complete at Q4-2019.

Same thing. Shoplots as base, condo top. But Axis one is like a mall as base lol
You know the Aeon Big at Peel Road? Just like that. Then in long term if no proper maintenance and left with massive unsold units it'll look like a slump full of ah long stickers

With the lobby like this...like shop entrance reception transit point...dont expect much...loc wise surely better than Maxim Majestic though price point abt the same.
