Me focus on the Types D and E..

Type-D 59x sf
Pro:
(1) All rooms' windows are facing external. Easy to get wind...

Con:
(1) The only tiolet is shared by all users. Hence, accessing from Masterroom while forgetting to unlock it after use, will cause inconvinience to other users.
One alternative is to disable the toilet assess fromMasterroom.
(2) The wall between Masterroom and Living hall is relatively too long that the path-towards-toilet looks narrow

Potential Drawback:
(1) All rooms' windows are subjected to the surrounding environment. If(and only if) the windos are facing highway(eg SUKA) and/or oxidation pond, then audio surround and/or aroma is potentially there


Type-E 632 sf
Pro:
(1) Living hall looks spacious compared to Type-D

Con:
(1) The only tiolet is shared by all users. Hence, accessing from Masterroom while forgetting to unlock it after use, will cause inconvinience to other users.
One alternative is to disable the toilet assess from Masterroom.
(2) Bedroom2 has the door to A/C ledge. Tradeoff in privacy.
It clothes are to be hung/washed there, all users have to assess Bedroom2 which trigger a larger degree of privacy tradeoff
(3) The Pantry is not near to any window to dispose the cooking smoke/heat.

This Annex is the only new launch FH in this area at the moment , but not the only FH in this area.

Anyone can share more detail. How many fan point, light point, & layout plan for TYPE B. Is that the wall for the wet kicthen can be hacking , then can transform that area to become YARD.
