Some basic info: (Price before rebate) Type A: 1771 (5R) starts at RM 1.02 mil - 26 units Type B: 1143 (Dual keys) starts at RM 670k - 52 units Type C: 958 (3R) starts at RM 553k - 129 units Type D: 592 (2R) starts at RM 364k - 26 units Type E: 632 (2R) starts at RM 382k - 25 units 10 units per floor Type A and B 2 carparks, Type C only 16 units got 2 carparks The rest all 1 carpark Got air conds |
