it's fuul now, but you can put urself into waiting list, when the season re-open you can join la...at the same time maybe you can join OWl league first to gain some experience

go to the team page of the team you want to invite friendly with, you will see a link called Challenge at right hand side. just click it. once they reply, your match is arranged. what is ur team here?

hi, heaven hell, i saw ur team page just now, i think your MF and DF is lack of experience players with better quality, but you have quite decent younger players (age around 20-25, this could help you in next 1-2 season. Go read the rules of the game, if you field your team with average age lesser than 26yrs, your team will sometime not performing as good as they could be). Secondly, your formation is 4-3-3 most of the time rite? probably u need to try other formation, some teams perform better with some specific formation. Thirdly, the tactic also important, try different tactic to different teams, if you play against team with stronger midfield, you could play 4-3-3 with long ball, so to avoid their strongest department.

Lastly, you need to invest in some good youngster now, and invest in 1 better skill, experienced player who can play for 2-3 season for you (age 28-30).

Just my opinion, i'm also still learning. But at least i found my prefered team formation for them to perform better. Hope this could help you in future. and keep playing, you will learn more.

i also give out win bonus every match too, that's how i motivate them to reach better performance, but sometime it depend on your opponent as well, i found some teams i play against, i need to put up high bonus then only can win....so, tat's why i alsways run out of $$

ya, start the season first, while season on going, promote the league to new managers, and also important to find a way to make it more lively, (no cup game please, it drag too long aledi), can we play CL format? in the league info i saw there are 20 active teams ler...and also create some controversial story in Xtra la, like OWLCL have (sorry, i dunno how to create la, i'm not a creative guy), try to have some incentives for managers to play there, like wat OWL do, and encourage more managers to take part in press release and also forum la...
