IPD Polis Kelang Cawangan Trafik accept AMEX ( last time was in list but cant find last time view)
When there 4x only get to use...
FYI, can use easily from 8am to 12pm everyday if open
after lunch, IPD system might down...especially for the extended hours...
Now is reverify can use...

Starbucks near Icon City around Bukit Mertajam accepts Amex.
I realized a lot of merchant in Penang does not accept Amex however.
