should be. I renewed mine over the phone, they send over the policy after 1 week of renewal.

why not you try whether you are able to key in your amex since you need to renew anyway?

for first time is easier, since you will need to key in your address. but for renewal, sometimes we changed address and forgot to edit (since your address is saved but hidden), then it will be sent to the old address.

I try doing it..yes,there is a new payment channel for amex after we key in all car detail..but after i put all amex particular and submit,it say transaction unsuccesful.no payment made..

if okay, do it next Saturday. try online first. if failed, call etiqa oneline to complaint. If still fail, renew over the phone using amex.

Hi there, how can i use amex for my digi/celcom and astro bills? over the counter? because auto-debit wont guarantee transaction on weekens right? tq.

digi: pay using the kiosk
celcom: seems none, in any payment channels
astro: previously, for a short period, can pay via M2U. now the option is not available. only way is pay over-the-counter at Astro Lifestyle Centre @ Mid Valley.

auto-debit, depends on the timing the merchant auto-charge your card. you cannot specify which day to auto-debit. usually they auto-debit upon your bill date, which varies from month to month, so cannot guarantee on weekends.

Mikey's pizza in Bangsar does not accept Amex.

A few have reported recently from different Guardian outlets.

Guardian in 1u still accepted for Amex, bought thing few days ago

I believe for Guardian is that some outlets don't accept Amex.
