Celcom Autobilling via their OCS Portal. Although it shows Visa and MC logo only, filling your AMEX number works. And they give 5% discount

today I just notice the banner on Viewnet cashier.
"No surcharge for minimum RM50 using credit card" the AMEX logo was cover by a white paper. I think perhaps Viewnet will collect surcharge for using AMEX |

TMC Mesra Mall Kerteh, Shell Kerteh, Petron Kerteh accept AMEX, Celcom Blue Cube Mesra Mall doesn't.

so far, all other nandos branch that i've been to accept amex except for this one |
