Guess now is time to chase for our rebate from developer.

I was wondering cause last time I received a "Notis Kenyataan Pindaan Senarai Nilaian" from MPS. Do you guys received it too? What is this "Maintenance Charges" for?

has any of acacia phase 1 buyer went for the electric and water connection request? how is the procedure?

I have visited and sign all the documents required last week.

According to Ms. Tang she mentioned that there will be charges such as deposit for TNB, Syabas, maintanance charges and etc at an estimated cost of RM2K to be paid when we collect the key.

Regarding the internet connection, she mentioned that there will a person in charge for overlooking acacia park once we receive the key then only we will know who is the person in charge and then we could ask that person for all our questions as currently there is no person who is in charge yet.

do we have to go by ourselves or can be done by calling the office? I'm not in KL right now so I'm afraid I can't make it by 14 days of the letter date

BTW, what do you mean you got your house number? It's different than the lot number in SPA?

Hi, can anyone give me the number of Ms. Tang? I'm acacia phase 1 buyer, was wondering where to get such information from like keys collection, electricity and water connection etc? I should do the request now or later when I collect the keys by end of the year? also, I'm a bit worry about the safety at BTP. I hope Acacia Park later on will be a gated community with good security guards.
