So this comes up very weird question .

Can I know whay makes u guys want to use or buy MKB ?

Well my bro told me that, MKB is shyt go 20$ keyboard is for everything

I play a lot of game which need fast double tapping and one second respond and I do a lot of typing as well .

And yes RM400(filco) is expensive better than upgrade my computer ...

So guys what do ya think ?
*
Why? Cause I'm a student studying overseas and all I can carry around with me is a laptop and you know how bad laptop's keyboards are. sweat.gif
Anyways, they're an investment in the long run. It's something you're gonna use it daily if not most of the time.
I guess it comes down to preference. smile.gif

Basically, if you want the cheapest option is $245 not including shipping and pp fees.
The full alu one is $360 not including shipping and fees. So I guess it's around there. tongue.gif

for mxclears i've used geekhackers thick lube kit and it's fine. sometimes i miss unlubed clears too
*
this, i lubed my clears last year with the thick formula and it still feels very smooth.
I've only used like 1/3 of it for my FaceW and little for the stabs.
I'd probably do something with it this summer.

when you say smooth, do you mean that the tactility reduces a lot?
what springs were you using with mx clear?
*
62g, It still feels tactile but unlike browns, the scratchiness isn't there.
I might lube the mx browns on my ducky tho lol. Don't know what to do with the remaining lube. sweat.gif

Wow, thanks alot. I've tried searching in taobao, but guess i don't know the keywords to find what i want. tongue.gif

May I know what is 阳极板套装? and the rm223 is it including leds?
Also, the seller said that it is up to us whether to use a plate or not. Does that mean I can actually use the switch on the PCB straight away? then it's considered as pcb mount?
What's the main difference between pcb mount and plate mount again?I'm assuming that there is a difference in the plate mount being more sturdy compared to pcb mount.

ok, after some googling, i found out that's the case. Solder the switch without plate= pcb mount. Main difference being plate mount is more sturdy.

So is it recommended to go with plate or without plate? Considering that I don't actually bottom out that often.
*
If you don't bottom out that much, plateless is fine.
tbh, I think using linear switches w/o plate feels better not that I've tried it yet.
and if you're into swapping out switches, pcb mount allows you to swap w/o desoldering, just add sip sockets if you would want to change leds as well.

eh cloud, how to make our keyboard have bluetooth signal?

like gon nerds.
*
You'll need his crystal case for bluetooth.
Acrylic and his alu case would't work, I guess it's due to signal issues since the polycarb allows better distribution amongst the two.
Then again, the battery only last a day before you need to recharge it. smile.gif

I know all along that the recommended lube for the switch is krytox, but I just came across this.

http://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboard...d_lubes/ceefaxh

Elitekeyboard says that krytox isn't that good for switches. Is he wrong about this?

Any comments?
*
Well, a lot of people over at geekhack said elitekeyboards lube is not recommended for switches so there's that. laugh.gif
But yeah, so far a mixture of Krytox GPL 206/1506 is still the preferred lube for switches. At least for me, I don't know what other people use to lube.
I never lube springs tho so I'm not sure bout that.

Back in the days when i just started my mech keyboard journey, I saw your cheat @ geekhack and was really impressed by it. tongue.gif
till today, I've yet to get an "proper" korean custom haha. what I mean with "proper" is the alu cases. Really nice, but by the time I justify the price tag, the slots are filled hah.
So yep. laugh.gif
