I got heavy cumin note from Fate opening too. Need to survive first 2 hours maybe. Very daring to wear . I like the the rose note from opus X but definitely love lyric more. Lyric woman also nice. Some said even more masculine than the lyric man. Btw, nice haul.

Love Tuscan Leather. Too bad the current formulation doesnt stay long on my skin. End up buying cheaper alternative with better performance,  la yuqawam and PDM godolphin. But Tuscan Leather definitely more ashy. To my untrained nose, not much different.

Heard about the oud Saphir too. How's the performance?

Good question. You make me wonder where is the oud as the name says. To my nose I don’t notice any oud.

Tried F**cking Fabulous during my working hours yesterday, here's my thought:

Fabulous opens with a full blast of clary sage and some spicy nuances. I detected some lavender but its kinda subtle.

Once the top notes fade, we are left with a pretty linear scent. It stays creamy and slight leathery from the tonka bean and bitter almond respectively throughout. (Some refer this stage as plastic-y)

Projection and silage is fine. Fabulous holds up to at least 3 hours before dialing down to skin scent (or near proximity projection). Its longevity stretches up to in between 8-10 hours.

One thing for sure, I don't quite understand the negativity that surrounds this fragrance especially fr*grant*ca. Their reviews were kinda off the track after having to experience the scent myself.

However, I don't think its composition justifies the high price tag as there are more worthy pieces around such as Oud Wood Intense or RC.

I would say Oud Wood is more reserved. It's a pleasant scent but i find it to be a tad too quiet?

Oud Wood Intense is very "I am here, you will notice me" kind of vibe. Slight animalic but that wouldn't alter its scent much unless you over spray. One major differences = it smells nothing like Oud Wood.

OW = spam all u can (max 6?).
OWI = thread carefully, 2 spray tops.

With that being said, I finally understand why OW is a bestseller among all PB. OW is actually more reserved and a public-pleaser when compared to other PB which has more of a raw facet to its notes.

haha, TF fragrance would need some time to get used to. I find TF quite enjoyable for its development throughout and for being bold on using rare notes.

TL to me is quite bitter at first, but it does dial down to a raspberry-ish leather at the end. Probably you can try Ombre Leather instead.

Do guys wear women's perfume? Is it common nowadays for guys to wear women's perfume? Was it just PR/Advertising when Chanel used Brad Pitt to advertise Chanel No 5 or trying to expand it to guys?
