A decant is what bro elinoir is doing. He fills a few ml of the fragrance into a small atomizer and sell to you so that you can first try the fragrance before deciding to purchase a full bottle of the said perfume.

I just went back from Tom Ford KLCC and tested ombre leather, tuscan leather, vanille fatale & lost cherry on my skin. And after testing, the SA there asked me to register for their mailing list andddddd..

Currently am wearing Neroli Portofino (the free sample) and it's fresh citrusy floral to me. Not really my type of scent too

Lost Cherry is cherry cherry cherry on the top. I like cherry so much this reminds me the sweet sugary cherry on top of cakes. The drydown is more vanilla than cherry to me. Dua Fragrances just released a copy of Lost Cherry and it's called Popped Cherry
Have yet to see any review on youtube for that one or even in fragrantica. Anyone here have bought Dua Frag before?

Versace Eros? JPG Ultramale? Abercrombie&Fitch First Instinct Extreme? Usually fruity smell doesn't last long due to their volatile composition.

You can try john varvatos artisan pure. It's citrusy top is wow. But drydown into this nice woody smell. A great office scent imho

On another note. Amouage got tester for sale or not? I tested jubilation, interlude, epic and reflection man. All so nice. Especially interlude. Very strong incense and smoky. The previous me would definitely think that interlude is not nice. But now, what a scent!

What can I say about this? Armaf Craze comes to me a very sweet very gourmandish almond vanilla scent. My nose is noob at deciphering notes so that's all I can detect

As for a cheaper TdH, a quick look at a few of my usual go to places for my fragrance need leads me to TdH Parfum 1, TdH Parfum 2, TdH Parfum 3, TdH Parfum Set & TdH EDT. Retail bottle will be the one you usually found at the retail counter and is sealed.

Tester usually comes in a plain cardboard box unsealed and some bottle doesn't come with the bottle cap and it is untested despite the name. So you'll be getting the fragrance at full juice
Tester sometimes carry a Not For Sale or Tester label on the bottle/box since it's original purpose was for promotional use.

Both bottles have the same juice with the same quality & performance.

As with every item sold in the market, fake testers are bound to exist. Hence, only purchase items from reputable online seller for ease of mind.

General rule of thumbs, if you're buying for personal use and don't mind the fancy box/bottle without cap then go for tester as it is cheaper compared to the retail box. If you're buying as a gift for someone then go for retail box.

EDIT : Shopee and Lazada are littered with fake testers and frags. If it's too good to be true, then most probably it is fake. Can share with us the link to the deals you found at those site?
