Hmm interesting hmm.gif

But petit matin seems solid enough for me, so does amyris homme. Guess i just need to try all of them sweat.gif

Try them all and don’t forget to try Grand Soir too. If you are a woody scent lover, you will definitely love it. Strong and very intense raw sandalwood scent. I like the scent but it is too strong to my nose. I prefer lighter and smoother sandalwood eg Diptyque Tam Dao. But worth to try, who knows you like it.

how do you guys pull off some heavy/winter fragrance in Malaysian weather? less spray? layer with fresh fragrance?
*
I won’t wear heavy/winter frag during hot day. It will be too cloying. For me, on very hot day and outdoor activity cologne+deodorant is good enough. Recommendation - Chanel Allure Homme Sport Cologne or BdC EDT concentration.

Hi. My area has very limited access to a lot of brand for frag so I'm looking to purchase some online for wider range and lower price. https://www.acharr.com I've found this website. Just wondering if any bro here bought from them before and do they sell original product?

The shipping was extremely fast. Within 2 days it reached Subang airport, and took 1 day and half for clearance. Only tried BR540 Extrait so far.

Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait - Pleasantly sweet with moderate projection within 2-3 hours on my skin and stay close on the skin the next few hours. i Honestly believe this fragrance definitely will leave nice scent trail within the first few hours. Longevity, Can still smell it on my skin after 8 hours +. Unique and addictive smell. Retail at RM1391 for 70ml , you guys really need to try and sample it before go for full bottle.

Come on bro, you are sifu, I don't have many niches in my collection. I only have/tested those brand that is accessible in our country. Keen to own Xerjoff, By Killian, Roja, Maison Martin Margiela and the list goes on and on....

I'm pretty sure you have tried/owned Mancera, Acqua Di Parma, Montale, Jo Malone, Atelier, Goutal, Parfums De Marly....on top of MFK, Amouage, Diptyque, Creed, TF, MCD, Chanel Les Exclusifs, Zegna EC.....these are the brands that I can think of now which accessible here in KL. I might have missed some others, so please share what other brand that can be found in KL.

If you like natural/less synthetic scent, I highly recommend Diptyque edp Philosykos, Tam Dao or Vetyverio. If you like warm, vanilla and spices try Parfums De Marly Herod/Pegasus. Fresh and sharp - Mancera Cedrat Bois (many said it has similarity with Aventus, but I don't kinda agree with it). Others like Creed, Amouage, MFK, TF I'm pretty sure you have sampled/owned them already.

Never tried/owned any from MCD, Chanel Les Exclusifs, Zegna EC, Frag Du Bois and many more....how about you bro, share you thought and experience please.

Chanel has a perfume boutique that has the Chanel Les Exclusifs in KLCC where you can walk in and try.
MCD has the entire collection available for sniffing in Pavilion.
Zegna EC can be found in some parkson outlets, in the perfume section. Last I checked, Pavilion's has it.
Frag Du Bois has a boutique in starhill.

Chanel Les Exlusifs - there are some that really interests me but a good half of them is somewhat boring to me. May get one someday but not at the moment.
MCD - The only one i ever loved from them was Vetiver. Since they canned that scent, the line has not much of an interest to me. However, Leather Oud is a good way to delve into the word of oud.

I'm personally more of a Guerlain fan and I own 20+ Guerlain fragances alone.

Hai guys. A few days reading about baccarat rouge in here made me wanted to go test it out one more time.

Before this almost bought the refill set 😁 but manage to hold back because back then i was waiting for the new realease of the parfum version so that can compare between the two version 1st before purchasing.

However got lost in everything else n never did went back. Suddenly today...out of no where, this guy i know came wlking smelling amazing. Have never smelled baccarat rouge on anyone else before this. & yes i know it was definitely BR540 he's wearing. It Smells amazing in the air.

Started a short conversation on BR540 & he showed me the fragrance he was actually wearing. Yes. It was this fragrance in the picture i attached. I cant find any info on it online. Any idea guys. It smells like BR540. Exactly as i remembered it. Well if i have the real BR540 maybe i can compare between the two but for now...my head is saying its smells the same 😲. Hahaa.

Came in a hard box & thick padding ala xerjoff 1861. Amazing packaging & heavy bottle / cap.

Anybody wanna try a decant PM me bro 👍

I did try few of them thou, some of them either ok or just meh,so i don't really have much experience to share, need to continue the journey rclxms.gif

The few examples that i tried

Amouge = not really a fan of their lines, still have samples which i still trying to find a way to wear them
By killian black phantom = sweet incensy coffee chocolaty, but the smells seems familiar. I mean really familiar lol. Had few decants thou
MCD vetiver = really greeny
MCD cachemere = tea base, pretty good thou

I tried to search for niche/indie houses that have good price/shipping but so far only found a few

Eh? I’m not sure about that tho. Didn’t notice it there the last time I was there.

I got all these in 2018 hahahha

The 2 square bottles are Guerlain testers for parfum. L’heure bleue, insolence and chamade all bought via Mysale. Santal Royal and Givenchy Gentleman both via isetan sale and sikkim girls from sg (before lush opened here.)

As you have noticed, I confidently wear perfumes marketed for women. All you need is some confidence and the realization that it’s all just marketing.

It smells like a sweeter version of masculin pluriel to my nose for some reasons. It reminds me of an airplane cabin smell. Do not get the hype on this thing =(

mysale has perfumes but depends on what you're looking for. If you're a (fading) Guerlain fan like me they do have it, but not for any of their exclusive scents. Only their standard ones.

If you wanna start, Shalimar (the classic, yellow juice, not souffle le parfum) is a good bet. It has a deep vanilla -leather accord that is more masculine than some male marketed perfumes. Give that a try. Jicky is good too.
