so recently I've sold my rasasi la yuqawam pour homme on carousell to this buyer.. then the following week I posted up my tobacco blaze for sale and he immediately pm-ed me to buy.. I posted it out on saturday and he just received it then he claimed that the perfume has been modified refilled with other scent therefore is not original so he don't like it and request for refund.

this frag I bought from luxuryperfumesmalaysia's shopee store in May 2019. I've only used a few sprays previously and I'm not sure how is the real tobacco blaze scent too.

what do you guys think is the best way to solve this matter?

It's so uplifting perfect as after gym or office scent, which I'm currently lacking from my collection. I have cheapie synthetic Azzaro Chrome as gym scent and although I have cool water it almost runs out I plan to keep it as it's a gift from my wife so I guess that justifies the reason of getting BdC
