QUOTE(nill @ Mar 11 2017, 04:34 PM) I am buying from Impulse another set of Joycons. Now waiting if they are bringing in Joycons charging dock. Probably will buy comfort grip instead of charging grip which is selling for USD$15 in Amazon. I dunno if they're bringing in the dock - it's not made by Hori but by PowerA. Comfort grip does not charge. It is the same accessory as you get in your Nintendo Switch package. In your case, I'd rather import the dock from Amazon

QUOTE(nill @ Mar 11 2017, 04:48 PM) Switch Charging DockIs this an official Nintendo product? PowerA product. Why do you need charging dock to begin with? It is almost impossible for you to drain up the joycon unless you play 20 hours straight. Whenever it is connected/docked, it charges all the time. Basically your joycon is charging all the time already. This post has been edited by MattAces: Mar 11 2017, 04:54 PM

It's worth it to me because it can charge 4 Joycons at one go. And i don't like the idea of keeping the Switch docked just to charge. Can we charge our controllers if the Switch tablet is not docked? I don't have a Pro controller so i don't know.

Doesn't need to be docked to charge the controller, but it needs to be connected to a power supply. If the Switch is being charged, it will also charge the Joy-Cons. It won't drain the main console battery to charge the Joy-Cons. And why suddenly say Pro Controller? The Procontroller charges off USB-C, the same as the Switch. Joy-Cons can't be charged directly off USB-C and need a separate accessory - charging grip, joy-con dock, switch main console etc - to charge.

Playing Horizon on Vita and Zelda on Switch. Great year to be a gamer , but not so much with the wallet and weak ringgit. Hope some AAA titles will be announced for Switch. Once that happens Switch is going to be my primary console on the move, replacing Vita. But, Remote Play Vita gonna stay for awhile though with so many awesome games now for PS4.

Or buy Pro controller? Edited: Nvm. Buying Pro Controller instead. This post has been edited by nill: Mar 11 2017, 07:10 PM

QUOTE(isr25 @ Mar 11 2017, 07:33 PM) Buy it dude, Waterfield is one of the few companies that does all their manufacturing in-house at San Francisco. I don't mind spending money supporting a company that doesn't exploit cheap Bangladesh/Chinese and child labour (*cough...Gucci...cough.....Prada) just to save a few buck. Also the high quality material they use justifies the price.

QUOTE(isr25 @ Mar 10 2017, 07:06 PM) I calculated: 2099 - 229 (1-2 Switch) - 259 (Zelda). A more palatable RM1611. Retailer gave me 10xRM10 voucher was icing on the cake. Pro Controller really is the bomb! how were you able to buy the switch (without zelda and 1-2 switch) at RM1611? I'm VERY interested in this deal.

QUOTE(ssxcool @ Mar 11 2017, 10:58 PM) Guys, which eShop is cheapest to buy game online? according to some forumers, check out the Canada shop. Its not by much, but still cheaper compared to some other places (like the US) Does not apply to all games.
