Trying to lose weight and recently started to go to gym.
i am training 4 weeks per day.
Please give me your opinion on my workout plan and Diet Plan. :-)

Routine does not affect whether u are losing or gaining weight. Diet it is. What is ur TDEE? Your caloric intake is super low for an 85kg male
That being said what is ur experience and numbers of main lifts? That sets of 20- 25reps not gonna bring u anywhere |
