I'm using First 38 for almost 2 months..Noticed that the celcom line is not as good as Maxis..

I'm facing these problems:-
1. Frequently changing from 3G to H and 4G at the same place
2. Sometimes facing very poor signal, unstable signal even though at same place
3. Sometimes after disconnect from Wifi, it connect to data, but got upload no download(can see upload arrow is blinking but not download) <--- when this happen, either I need to wait for a quite long time in order for it to actually "online" or I switch to flight mode for 3-5 sec and off flight mode to get online)

Those problems I'm facing not only happen to my phone and also my friends who using this plan..

Anyone facing these kind of problems?

data connection not stable and i hate it the most when it show full bar H+ but it won't move at all!!!
I read other forum, i think many users facing this issue also.

Beside that this, the speed of it 4G network is faster than Maxis.. i can easily get 50Mbps and above .

Fast or not doesn't matter..since H+ is fast enough for daily usage..but its not stable..which frustrated me.. rclxub.gif

Did any celcom user facing issue that suddenly no service? and everything have to restart to get signal back? Happened to few of my friends who using celcom line..

Sometimes it will auto recover, but most of the time need to restart phone..

It happen not very frequently, sometimes few weeks also not happening, but sometimes it happen twice a day..

Btw, I'm talking about Celcom First Basic 38..
