Celcom First basic 38 monthly commitment is RM38 or RM48 (ex GST)?
Why the dealer told me is RM48 which the two movies add on RM10 is compulsory? |

guys sorry not sure if this is the correct section but I'm having issues with data, just subscribed first 38 and its most of the time stuck at EDGE only, and rarely goes to 3G/HSDPA...please help
