anyway back onto F1 business.
Adrian, I have reviewed both incidents. Yes, like you said, 1st accident is your fault. But 2nd accident is also your fault. Spec did outbrake himself on that last corner but he came back onto the lane in front of you still and about 2 seconds later, you "slowly" hit him. Until now edison and I fail to see where Spec was weaving. Probably what you saw is lag only...
What is weaving? (in the rules....)

And about leaving your car idle after the 1st incident....remember this rule.
Since there was no accident this time, no penalty for "parking your car". But please becareful next time. Just continue racing after you hit him. F1 drivers dun stop and wave

7.2 Penalties for racers blocking the track:-
a) *This rule is for the situations like ryugan and Raikkonen in Imola*. The person who caused the incident will be given -2 points penalty (if he was found deliberately putting his car in the middle of the track). The person who crashed into the person "blocking" will be given +2 seconds penalty to his next qualifying time (if he was found ignoring yellow flags).
about Spec's crash...what he means is the car was damaged from the 2nd incident with you. Suspension partly damaged...I felt this before during one of the practice races. The car will feel weird at some points of the track...depending on your setup or track. When I had this problem, the car couldn't corner properly while Spec said his car couldn't go straight properly in Silverstone a) *This rule is for the situations like ryugan and Raikkonen in Imola*. The person who caused the incident will be given -2 points penalty (if he was found deliberately putting his car in the middle of the track). So...penalties are up at #4
Race Time
regarding the race time...from now on everyone is to start the race at exactly 10.15pm. I suggest hosts proceed to Warm-up Session at approximately 10pm and when the session finishes, the race will start shortly after. Actually this is already in the rules...

oh ya, no penalties will be given if the host start the race late. No reason to do so. But the blame is on him...and no-one else.Practice session: 9.15pm - 10.00pm (Malaysia time)
