Think twice before touch it. Developer track record soso only. But Sibeh near btho mrt. Maybe can break even due to this reason.

first day p-re luanch sapu 100unit by investors, haha, good locations within 200M from BTHO MRT statetion, ground and first floor are commercial retail shop, i am sales agents, any interest can drop me a msg i can bring you to have a view for this project, beside MRT station, good for rental. 014-9212998 David or call/whatsapp me

200m walking distant to btho mrt wor.
Nowadays Ini macam small unit size with attached or next to mrt mostly selling Ini macam price or even higher. mostly Sibeh hot selling. Look like still ada manyak pipu accept it.

3. good quality
4. covered air-con walkway
5. no gerai selling nasi lemak on the way
6. safe with nepal guards with AK47

maybe rm500 psf... 700 psf? r u kidding me?

kerasi 1 macam ru mention.
contoh macam kota damansara TG with mrt attached can go up to rm1200psf+- liao

so ini price sup sup sui.

why TG attract so many people and willing to pay at 1200 psf klcc prices.. for investment or flipping?

IMO, easier for a "cheap" area like cheras to grow to mid - high end. rather than an already high end KD to reach KL City like pricing.
