Thank you for asking. The story is overall more than 10 units was sold over the weekend despite of remaining units are mid to high floor.

Mitraland are still releasing few good units (eg. small & low floor) on weekly basics from loan being rejected. I have few own stay purchasers submitted booking under waiting list, waiting for their ideal units being release.

Need to buy quickly as many of sifu here knows developers tend to increase 5% to 10% on each new blocks.

For this kind of pricing, better get landed property
Abundant of subsale at parkland, bbt 1 & 2
In boleh land, highrise usually have leaking problem n
Lif problem after 3 - 5 years
Assessment , water n tnb bill also higher for services

be careful of developer "sticker" game. You buy that time, the sales chart look like mostly sold. 3 years later, still got a lot of developer units for sale. haha
Disclaimer: some sales chart may be true, only developer n SA will know
Better research n use yr judgement n sense

+1, too expensive for that area, suspect sticker game so call loan reject unit.

If 4 months cannot sell 300 units at this price range, I think my boss got fired by Mitraland already

No wonder The Henge by Aset Kayamas had long overnight queue, some say developer pay them to queue for acting purposes

For those who suspect loan rejected units are so call sticker game,I think it is fair to make such comments IF YOU came to either 1 of our events previously, which is Chap Goh Meh Event, Gravit8 Preview, and Gravit8 Official Launch.

After all....good projects no need sticker game LOL

obviously you have bad experience staying in highrise....haha so klcc and mont kiara highrise purchasers all should buy semi-d and bungalows instead ? just joking

Actually can u share some example of gated or fenced subsale below 520k in the area?? Im comparing 3 room3 carpark here with subsale nearby.

On a side note i too wld suggest GnG subsale if one is OK with living in an old house/reno needed but price point is more exp than this. 560k-700k for the smaller terrace..

But u know malaysians lah, cant stay in old houses..mus be new n from d developer..Then later on wana flip will struggle

oppss...another forumer open fire and demand for facts and proof...guess if you study more on klang developments will helps...i dont think gravit8 need to play sticker game because:

1) pass launching from WCT (sold out), KSL (almost sold out)
2) price cheapest as compare to WCT & KSL
3) demand more than supply - not many new highrise developments.
4) development with concept (i think is unique)
5) judge by their previous successful events (hope is not actors/actress )
6) mitraland - well known developers with good track record

Just to FYI some ppl, mitraland is already in d midst of identifying d anchor tenants..1 premium grocer, 1 gym and 1 duno wht sumore..

yes their staff told me retail mall own by mitraland, boss mr chuah want to ensure mall is successful in order to increase their asset value. good for their future tower launching too if they can announce their anchor tenants during that time.

please read again my reply, i did not compare kepong vs klang.

what i meant was when people see a good selling project like The Henge having long queue overnight, these people say it was developer pay actors and actresses to act in front of the newspapers.

When Gravit8 is selling well, these people starting to say is developer playing sticker games without understanding the project and market

Anyway this we be my last reply on you, no need to debate over a pointless topic and wasting everyone time here.
