This area of Klang (Bukit Tinggi, Bayu Tinggi, Bandar Botanic etc) could be the next boom town for Klang Valley

- WCE highway
- LRT3
- medical /hospital industries built up
- near cruise ship terminal (if there is plan in future)
- Jusco/ Tesco/Giant/ GM Mall
- lots of small and medium industries in this area
- lots of chinese (lots of speculations ) lol

sound like all Klangites rather choose foodcourt when shopping at AEON Bukit Tinggi than the retail.. Is there any major difference in price between KL, PJ & Klang when you spending in mall?

F&B is one of the Klang attraction or at least Chinese. If it doesn't up to the taste, whether high or low end they won't survive.
