Nowadays I find 1toy a shadow of their former self (because Ah Soon left, lol). All I see from their FB is  90% PO and 10% Arrival. Gave up waiting for them to bring inTW Grimshell and got mine from TimeMachine instead.
*
LOL, 90% PO and 10% arrival. You hit the nail on the head.

all online shops nowadays the same, anything come out they will put it up, if got buyers they will bring in stock, cheapest & safest way to sell stuff nowadays, rather than blindly stock 10 cases figure that might or might not sell.

That's not really what we're dealing with when it comes to 1 Toy.

Even with massively popular items, their PO customers end up waiting very long compared to other shops.

The real issue seems to be slow and insufficient supply.

That's why you'll notice 1 Toy always gets in small shipments, and then they won't announce it. Because they can only fulfil the orders of a fraction of their PO customers.

Sometimes people ask me why I preorder from x2o when I have to pay shipping

*
Actually from a purely financial standpoint... paying for shipping makes more sense than driving to Amcorp and spending on petrol, parking, and not to mention your precious time.

Planet Steel Express in US has opened PO for Nero Rex.

$480 USD before shipping.

So even if someone goreng for RM2.5k... it's not that bad actually haha

Wow if can get for RM462, that's a fantastic price.

As for whether that ebay seller is reputable, just look at their feedback. The rating system will tell you. This guy appears to be reliable.

There are multiple other sellers selling for RM520 too, so take your pick.

If mp 10 (misb)  rm680 is that a reasonable price ?
*
Bro, someone else already mentioned - check ebay.com.my.

Then you'll see that RM680 is not a good price smile.gif

By custom I assume they mean figures with low production numbers and limited distribution compared to the official stuff.

Of course that still shouldn't qualify as custom... it just means the item is probably harder to find, will sell out faster, and may cost more due to a lack of economies of scale.

Does anyone want Fansproject X8 Crox (Skullcruncher)?

Preordered mine ages ago and forgot about it. Not collecting this line anymore.

Willing to let go at PO cost price. PM me if keen thanks.

(Pic below is for reference, my PO should be arriving this week or next.)

FYI, the listing for MP Ramjet has been taken down from their site.

A collector asked them why and their response was:

"Due to certain circumstances, we were forced to take the listing down. We will contact you once again when things are decided."

TakTom & Hasbro occasionally license the Transformers IP to other companies that then produce transformable merchandise.

That Bearbrick Optimus and Megatron for instance are produced by Medicom Toys.

Restaurants like McDonald's and Burger King have their own exclusive transformable Transformers too, but I don't know who designs them.

There are probably other cases over the decades, if one was to dig deeper.

I doubt TakTom/Hasbro has some sort of company policy where only THEY can produce transformable Transformers. It's more likely that most companies they co-brand with just don't have the immediately available expertise to design and manufacture them.

I guess everyone has their own taste... some people like non-transformable transformers, just like how some people may like cars you can't drive, or chairs you can't sit on whistling.gif

Looking at the ludicrous resale price on these MP11 seekers, even rm750 is a pretty good deal.

I might even buy two...

Sigh, Ironhide/Ratchet is easily Taktom's ugliest mould since the dreadful MP-5.

Unfortunately there's no decent 3P alternative this time. So gotta bite the bullet anyway.

Agreed, it looks way better. The only problem is the styling doesn't fit with the MP line.

If it has been taken out of the box, it cannot be MISB.

If it has been posed, displayed or transformed even once, it cannot be MIB.

If it is missing a box, it cannot be BIB.

If it is loose, anything goes.

Overcomplicate so much for what, lol...
