I finally got round to trying Tenji and omg the food is almost as suck as Jogoya. for supper promo price $40 is ok but dinner $88 is too expensive for mediocre food.
most places food generally lousy wan la.

you go Tenji, you should stick to those dishes where you have to drop the clip.

the rest where it's already on the bar, usually not nice.

Added on January 7, 2011, 12:51 ambtw who in the right mind would call Tenji a Japanese buffet (other than how they promote). look at the dishes, it's only 1/3 or less being Japanese.

you go shogun or saisaki then feels Japanese la. Jogoya doesn't feel Japanese either.

Well ... even the drop-clip dishes I had were only so-so. Worst of all is that quite a number of them were pre-cooked, came immediately - and came COLD. So potong stim, drop a clip at the teppanyaki counter, go explore a bit, reach back table got a plate of cold lamb shoulder sitting there.

Which makes me still continue to wonder why Jogoya and Tenji are still so hot and so full. Price expensive, food is crappy, why lah??

i lz to read previous pages. tongue.gif what time you went ah?

from my experience, you go earlier than everyone else is best.

when you go same time as everyone else, food delivered slower. if the food is fast then means they pre-cook already based on demand.
