not sure inside got what DLC , turning up the heat and master of galaxy i guess.
got DLC code but not redeem yet, US psn cannot redeem.

For digital for sure cross buy all 3 platforms... for physical copy not sure.
go redeem all those dlc then you can use those weapons / stratagems.
US psn can't redeem means you have to go Asia psn to redeem it... (maybe)

BTW guys......does this PS+ free Helldiver game only playable until 2nd March ?
because PS+ free games usually it will says free to download until certain2 date. but saw for this game, Free to Play until 2nd March.
please advise.

PS+ games are free to play as long as your ps+ acc are active and not expired, the 2nd march simply means that the game are available to download till then, after that, you will not be able to download the game again if you havent dl it or add it into your library.
