I use this type of adjustable dumbell, 40kg x 2, bought it and shipped from china directly by sea. Cost around 800d++/pair

Pros: space saving and convenient
Con: actual weights less than 40kg, aound 37+ kg/side and these type cannot drop on floor.

Overall it is good for home gym setup.

The most hard to reduce is my stomach. Best way is eat less and more abs exercises ?

eat less and being in caloric deficit at the same time without no cheating on your diet will eventually reduce your stomach

more abs exercises wont reduce your stomach

My calorie maintenance is around 2100-2200 right now.

Thats the most important thing. The gym is only 1/3 part of it.

Calorie is total energy you need to sustain and maintain your current bodyweight. All counts.

However you need a higher protein count if your bulking with weight lifting to gain muscle instead of just fat.
