My 3rd Android Wear Device - The LG Watch UrbaneComing from the 1st Gen Moto 360, some of the few things I like about the Urbane:
Better Battery Life:
Even with Always-On, this device can definitely outlast my Moto 360, even when my Moto 360 doesn't have Always-On.Smoother Performance: The smoothness in performance is pretty obvious here, much less choppy as compared to the Moto 360, especially during voice commands/replies. Also the screen has much better resolution.
No Flat Tire: I know many say they wouldn't mind the FT, but given the choice, I would rather not have the flat tire.
Uses Standard 22mm Straps: As compared to the Moto 360, any standard 22mm strap can be easily fitted on the watch. I had to use the SteelConnect M for the Moto 360 in order to achieve the same convenience.
Some things I miss:
Lack of Ambient Light Sensor: Lack of flat tire meaning lack of Ambient Light Sensor, which I missed during my time outdoors. Fortunately I don't hang around much outdoors under the sun. Till now I still wonder why can't manufacturers placed the ALS somewhere else and still giving the full circle. I guess it's the limitation of technology.
Design: Probably it's only my first day with the Urbane, but I still find Moto 360's overall design looks better. The lugs on the Urbane looks awkwardly large. But I do like the chrome finish of the Urbane though.
Thank you for reading. Loving the Urbane so far. Glad I made the jump, also got a great deal for this, SGD229 from Qoo10.SG

So true on battery life. Moto 360 (
AlwaysOn ) I reached home with around 60% battery life. HW ( and most other AW with modern SOC ) reached home with 60% but AlwaysOn ( and not the Motorola's half-fake AlwaysOn
Just like you, I really wanted Auto Brightness. True I rarely go outdoor too, but yesterday at Broga hill, damn it having difficult time to read time outside
