QUOTE(arrowhead7372 @ Mar 24 2015, 07:43 PM) Digi is crap... But they're also cheaper than Maxis or Celcom... Buy prepaid Maxis or celcom, test it out... If problem persist, maybe u got a lemon note 4 and it's time for u to knock Samsung service center door... Doesn't mean u have a problem, it's design flaw coz not everyone have the same problem unless statistic show so.... Rather than complaining why not js try find a solution (change phone modem, etc)... Complaint only will not get u anywhere.. =) |

QUOTE(zhou.xingxing @ Mar 24 2015, 08:14 PM) On my note 4, yupQUOTE(uk15029 @ Mar 24 2015, 09:39 PM) QUOTE(UTK @ Mar 24 2015, 09:51 PM) Design flaw. Note 4 is experimental phone using metal. So reception strength is very weak. The problem is intensified if using note 4 on digicrap |

I think it's a design flaw. Previously owned a Note 3, I had no to less trouble with the reception. Now using Note 4, pretty bad reception comparing it to the note 3

Those using digi just go change either to maxis or celcom
You pay what you get, don't keep on complaining note 4 got signal issue I have been using my maxis line on my note 4, no issue at all Don't even have 1 drop call |

I am a DiGi user too. My Mobile Data is 24 hour on. Honestly my mobile data signal I can see there is huge changes from time to time. Although I can connect to Internet all the time but my signal I get will change from E, H, 3G, H+, LTE. It's quite unstable the Internet speed. However the call and sms no issue at all. I never experience drop call or unable to send out SMS before.

I never experience drop call or unable to send out SMS before. U can set ur mobile network data to WCDMA ONLY if u want a fast n stable internet connection. At night u can set to EDGE ONLY to save ur battery life. So far i have no issue with my note 4. Im using celcom postpaid. I can say the reception is better than my sony Z ultra or my basic nokia phone and also one plus one (worst reception). The only problem was the fast charging charger. I already sent to service centre and get a replacement. |
