my first smart phone with digi was htc one x. the line was so bad and the internet was so slow, i jump ship to maxis the moment my contract was over. when they tried to keep me by saying they were going to get LTE, i had no confidence in them anymore...

although maxis is so expensive, i dont mind paying more...

truth is, i jumped from maxis to digi because of 2 years bill shock. i went to digi and was happy initially as i was only paying like RM50-60 per month for internet and calls. then gatal go sign note 2 package. rm88/month. ok all good.

then now 148/month signed with note 4. but then suddenly digi became crap. cant call out, cant receive calls, call out no ringing tone, just silence. try call ppl, immediately call ended.

internet also like haram.

i've been using Digi for almost 4 years, i have never experience such issues with any of my S3, S4, Note 3, and of course Note 4

lucky u. my issue arose 2-3 weeks back.

really annoyed. the other day, wanted to call my mother in law to ask if i can drop by shortly to pick my daughter up, took me 10 minutes keep trying to call and call and call. when got thru, she couldnt hear me then after awhile the line was quiet. put down, redial, and no dial tone nothing, just silence. call again, immediately call ended.

while trying to call, suddenly receive sms that i got voicemail from my mother in law (she was calling back but also engage). understandable since i was trying to call her, but for 10 freaking minutes?

worst case, the internet.... when 4g or 3g is on, its ok... as long as its not full bar.. i will have issues

Last time i used digi for 2 years because of contract...used on s3 and note3..
always drop call..slow internet
after contract end change to maxis and problem solved

really ar? The only thing that prevent me from using Maxis postpaid is the bill shock. LOL. Still using Maxis prepaid though since 2003

Telco all.depends on area. Prev was on rm 88 digi. 4gb data n 300mins cal den change to maxis surf 75 5gb data. No prob at all. Digi at my area actually is stronger.

old DiGi smart plan RM68 for 5GB still kick ass since calling is not my main usage and my area still good with DG LTE...
try to change plan but now seem all Telco think we all like waterfish more than customer.
their new plan make me no ball to switch or change or upgrade if those plan really consider as 'upgraded'

yaaaa..I've just bout had it with digi. even with LTE not enabled also the no sound,call drop problems. What if emergency time need to call 999 or 121 or whatever the number now die d lo by the time get through. So looked at Maxis and celcom.

I'm on digi 48 plan now,1gb is enough for me and light call usage. The maxis and celcom Plans cost way more for 1 gb right? Am i reading the websites wrong?

How is red tone or u-mobile for our N4?U-mobile like no 4Gin PG. Red Tone lagi worse can't even find my area on their coverage query alamak

i second that. Im still rocking on Digi Smart plan 88 with 4gb quota. All their new plans doesn't consider as up-gradable from my point of view. Not in my case.

Its ending era of 3gb ram. While note 3 and 4 not really huge different. Need top up at least 1k.

Better save it for note 5 with 4gb ram. I am using redmi 2 I am quite impressive of its speed and smooth for rm449 smoother than Samsung out of the box and nice interface

Only Samsung very experimental right now. S6 looks better though losing a few features so I wonder what they will do to note 5
Though right now the price may be cheaper if you can get the lazada discount
