My opinion no not worth.

Its ending era of 3gb ram. While note 3 and 4 not really huge different. Need top up at least 1k.

Better save it for note 5 with 4gb ram. I am using redmi 2 I am quite impressive of its speed and smooth for rm449 smoother than Samsung out of the box and nice interface

Even got discount still not worth the Minor upgrade.
