The website is tin-ha forum, is a Chinese forum. But he is the admin there, last time i used to keep flooding to to other admin and flood his thread, and then only he reply, he quite care of his status and reputation in the tin-ha forum.

Besides, he is using his website to selling the ahem TVB series...

well....i personally met him and deal with him before...
yes he is a very bz person. therefore....his customer service is awful.
but he is a responsible person. At the end he will do something
he is a pioneer in his own webhosting...he will not run you. he just have too many things to do.

so, he is a responsible businessman who give irresponsible after sales service? He got too much things to do like making sales and sales and sales to make more money which cause him not enough time to do after sales service? I personally do not want to deal with this kind of person. Do you?
