RHB-OSK Asian Total Return and EM Bond doing well for me...IRR beats FD hands down

i started RSP last month for RHB-OSK ATR, the return is like so not real for a bond fund...

yar lor...i did try to do diversification...thinking that BOnd and Equities would always go opposite ways and thought that having about 20~30% bond in my portfolio would be safe for me.....
100% EQ also no effect if the timing is not good too.....made just 2.xx% at 100% EQ whole of last year.....(FD lovers would really loves me say this) ha-ha.

i hvnt topped up any Bond funds in 1 year, just small portion in balanced fund    i hope my dcision dont back fire when im older...

Japan's Nikkei share average rose to a fresh 15-year high on expectations that companies could improve their return on equity lifted overall sentiment.

“Changes seen in the microeconomic level are attracting buyers," said Nobuhiko Kuramochi, a strategist at Mizuho Securities.

"The Japanese market is outperforming its global peers, and if you don't want to fall behind, you can't be underweight Japan," Kuramochi said. "Toyota has a big market capitalization, and those who are bullish on Japan are seen buying Toyota."

Means need to have some exposure in Japan?

  if you already have CHINA and India in other fund...why not try RHB OSK GS BRIC....it has 4 countries...with BR are now down....just a thought

I don't have other China and India fund. That's why I want to balance them out by considering RHB-OSK CHINA-INDIA DYNAMIC GROWTH FUND.

I also don't have any emerging market fund too. Not sure to consider EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS GLOBAL EMERGING MARKETS FUND?
