rclxms.gif wow just look at the % of PE discounts.....

Is this discount justified?
There are obvious reasons markets are cautious in the short term, with recent uncertainty focused on
the Swiss franc and the future of Greece in the single currency. Value investing, however, requires a
longer term horizon and investors need to judge companies on their underlying qualities rather than
current market views.
On this basis many euroland companies look to be underpriced. By removing
sentiment – which frequently sees investors overreact to good and bad news - and following a
disciplined process based on analysis of meaningful measures, we currently see particularly attractive
stock picking opportunities.

Yes.

Basically it means that the fund manager can sell all holdings and park in cash and go for holiday already for year 2 and 3. laugh.gif

Rolling period means...

Jan 2011 to Dec 2013...3 year period
Feb 2011 to Jan 2014...3 year period
Mar 2011 to Feb 2014...3 year period

first glance, agree...

then i realised... actual exposure to euro-denominated equities is probably about a quarter. the bulk being swiss and uk, is not euro-denominated. so... maybe not as significant? just discussing, i still like this fund...
